Nuvue was founded by Justin Cabral, a real estate entrepreneur, finance strategist, and business development leader who has spent years studying how people interact with property search platforms. As a top-producing agent and Brokerage Director at West View Properties, Justin experienced firsthand how even the most advanced platforms fail to capture how buyers actually think and explore. Endless scrolling, clunky interfaces, and repetitive listings left clients frustrated and disengaged, and that disconnect sparked an idea.
With a background in finance, technology integration, and strategic growth, Justin began developing a new vision for what home discovery could feel like, one that merges modern design thinking with real human behavior. Drawing on his experience in both real estate and innovation, he set out to create a system that feels natural, adaptive, and built for the next generation of buyers.
